Biography

I'm a self-taught artist. I was born in Russia. My first drawings I made when I was a student. It was very unexpected experience. I was never taught or told to paint.  I just suddenly wanted to paint. Sometimes you have no choice but to follow what is calling you because that voice within you is too strong to be ignored.

What I express in my work has nothing to do with official education. My art is based on hyperconnectivity. I join dots in the material word of things that are not obvious to other people. 

It is not an intellectual game, and it is not based on formulas, patterns, or repetition. It comes from something much deeper — from my personal experience, my emotions, my memories, my intuition, and the way I perceive the world.

My art is not something that can be copied or taught as a technique. It is a language that has been created through my own life. To paint what I paint, you would have to see through my eyes, feel through my heart, and carry my story.

My only goal is to express what I have within me, what I see, what I feel. There is no need to impress, no need to fit in. There is only need to be myself. Does it have any value for the society? I don't know. But it definitely has value for me and those who can understand my work because we share same understanding of this world.
